SILVER PASS

• Film screenings and Opening Night Party. Your Film Pass includes admission to film screenings, subject to seat availability, and the Opening Night Party at Sebastiani Winery. Other parties are not included.
• Seat selection before Bronze passholders. Your Silver reservation window opens after Gold, Platinum, and Patron reservations, but before Bronze reservations and single ticket sales. Dates and instructions will be shared in advance.
• Flexibility to keep planning. Once your window opens, you can continue reserving available seats online up until showtime or get assistance at the venue box office.
• Standby access—even for screenings with no advance seats remaining. Available seats are offered to passholders in pass-priority order after reservation holders and purchased-ticket holders have been seated, and before standby tickets are sold to the general public. Admission is subject to availability.

• Invitation to the First Look Festival Preview. Subject to Seating Capacity; RSVP required.
• Complimentary wine pourings at select screenings at Sebastiani Theatre and Andrews Hall. Enjoy a taste of Sonoma as part of your festival experience

• Your chosen seat, less time in line. Reserve ahead and arrive knowing your seat is waiting for you, provided you meet the seating deadline below.
• Reservations linked to your pass. Simply present your pass for admission; the usher can confirm your seat assignment when it is scanned. We recommend having your reservation open on your phone to help you find your seat. You can also print individual reservations or all your tickets from MY FESTIVAL TICKETS in your festival account on our website, using a computer or phone.
• Friendly help with festival planning. Our SIFF Box Office team can help you reserve seats and get ready for the festival—in person, by email, or over the phone. We’ll announce the box office location before reservation windows open.
• Reserve before picking up your pass. Once your pass is activated, you can reserve seats as soon as your priority window opens. Printed passes will be available at the Festival Box Office shortly before the festival. Pickup details will be announced in 2027.

The following rules and restrictions apply to this pass.

• One person, one pass. Your pass and seat reservations are valid only for the named passholder and cannot be shared. ID may be required. Use by anyone else will result in confiscation of the pass and cancellation of all seat reservations.
• A photo is required to activate and use your pass. Please upload a square, passport-style photo to your festival account. If you need help, contact info@sonomafilmfest.org. We can also take your photo and print your pass label at the box office.
• One reservation per film title; no overlapping screenings. You may reserve one seat for one screening of each film, for yourself only. Your screening reservations must not overlap in time.
• Bring your pass to every screening. Your pass is your key to admission. Printed seat reservation tickets are valid only when presented with the pass bearing the same name.
• Follow your venue’s entry line. Doors usually open at least 30 minutes before showtime, sometimes up to an hour before. Attendees with reservations or purchased tickets enter through four lines in this order: Patron & Platinum, Gold, Bronze & Silver, then Single ticket holders. Please join the line matching your pass or ticket type. If advance reservations are full and you do not have a reservation, join the standby line.
• Box office priority before showtime. During the 30 minutes before a screening, venue box office staff prioritize passholders and ticket holders attending that screening. Once the film begins, staff can assist with reservations for other screenings. All reservations are subject to availability.
• Cancel if your plans change. Please cancel 24 hours in advance whenever possible, or at least 2 hours before showtime. Last-minute cancellations are accepted up to 15 minutes before showtime, giving another film lover the chance to use your seat.
• Be seated 10 minutes before showtime. Your reserved seat is held until that deadline. Afterward, it is no longer guaranteed and may be released to standby passholders and ticket holders starting 5 minutes before showtime. Once the screening begins, remaining empty seats—except specially marked Patron or House seats—may be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis at theater management’s discretion.
• Late seating is not guaranteed. Once a screening begins, admission is subject to availability and theater management’s discretion. If admitted, you will be directed to a seat that minimizes disruption to the audience, which may not be your originally reserved seat.
• All pass sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
