• First priority admission at all screenings. Patron Passholders enter before all other passholders and general ticketholders. Doors usually open at least 30 minutes before showtime, sometimes up to an hour before. Join the Patron & Platinum line; Patron Passholders are admitted first within that line.
• Seat selection before all other pass levels. Patron reservations open before Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze reservations and single ticket sales. Arrange your screenings and seats in advance with your Festival Concierge. Dates and instructions will be shared ahead of time.
• Concierge help to keep planning. Your concierge can help arrange or adjust your screenings throughout the festival. Once your reservation window opens, you may also manage reservations online up until showtime or visit the venue box office for assistance.
• Patron priority without a reservation. Our team will make every effort to find you a seat, subject to availability. Patron Passholders without reservations receive priority before all other passholders. If advance reservations are full, join the pass standby line. Existing reservations and purchased tickets are honored first; standby seats are offered to passholders before single tickets are sold to the general public.
• Repeat screenings welcome. Your Patron Pass allows repeat viewings, with one seat reservation per screening under the pass. Reservations linked to the pass must not overlap in time, including when the pass is shared.

Special Invitations:

• First Look Festival Preview. Priority admission with RSVP.
• Pre-festival reception with the SIFF programming team. Priority admission with RSVP.
• Exclusive private advance film screening. Priority admission with RSVP.

• Guaranteed reserved seating through your concierge. Arrange seat reservations in advance with your Festival Concierge for every screening you plan to attend, for you and up to three guests. Each guest must have their own paid ticket or pass for admission. Your concierge can help purchase guest tickets when needed.
• Reserved seats held for late arrivals. Patron seat reservations are held for late-arriving passholders. We recommend being seated at least 10 minutes before showtime so you can settle in comfortably.
• Your seat reservations are linked to your pass. Present your Patron Pass for admission, and the usher can confirm your seat assignment when it is scanned. We recommend having your seat reservation open on your phone to help you find your seat. For convenience, you can also print individual reservations or all your tickets from MY FESTIVAL TICKETS in your festival account on our website, using a computer or phone. Printed seat reservation tickets are valid for admission only when presented with the Patron Pass used to make those reservations.
• Personal help with festival planning. Your Festival Concierge can help you arrange screenings and guest tickets. The SIFF Box Office team is also available in person, by email, or over the phone. We will announce the box office location before reservation windows open.
• Reserve before picking up your pass. Once your pass is activated, you can reserve seats as soon as your priority window opens. Printed passes will be available at the Festival Box Office shortly before the festival. Pickup details will be announced in 2027.

The following rules and restrictions apply to this pass.

• Transferable and shareable. Your Patron Pass may be shared and admits one person at a time. Seat reservations remain linked to the pass. When sharing it, provide the current user with the pass and the relevant seat reservation details.
• One person at a time. The pass admits one person at a time and provides one seat reservation per screening. Concierge reservations for up to three guests require each guest’s own paid ticket or pass.
• See the same film more than once. Your Patron Pass allows repeat viewings, with one seat reservation per screening under the pass. Reservations linked to the pass must not overlap in time, including when the pass is shared.
• Bring your pass to every screening. Your Patron Pass is your key to admission. Printed seat reservation tickets are valid only when presented with the Patron Pass used to make those reservations.
• First priority in your venue entry line. Join the Patron & Platinum line; Patron Passholders enter before all other passholders and general ticketholders. Without a reservation, you receive first priority for available seats. We will make every effort to find you a seat, subject to availability. Existing reservations and purchased tickets are honored first. If advance reservations are full, join the pass standby line.
• Box office priority before showtime. During the 30 minutes before showtime, venue staff prioritizes attendees of that screening. Once the film begins, staff can assist with other screenings. Seating without a reservation is subject to availability.
• Cancel if your plans change. Please cancel 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Last-minute cancellations are accepted up to 15 minutes before showtime, giving another film lover the chance to use your seat.
• Reserved seats held for late arrivals. Patron seat reservations are held for late-arriving passholders. We recommend being seated at least 10 minutes before showtime so you can settle in comfortably.
• Seating after a screening begins. If you arrive after a screening begins, staff will help you take your reserved seat at an appropriate moment to minimize disruption to the audience.
• All pass sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

• Tax-deductible portion of the Platinum Pass purchase price is tax-deductible as allowed by law, per pass.
