The SIFF Awards Buzz MiniFest brings together ten exceptional films from around the world — including festival prize winners, critics’ favorites, major international discoveries, and films vying for Academy Award consideration. Handpicked by SIFF, this exclusive weekend offers Sonoma audiences an early look at some of the movies, filmmakers, and performances generating the most excitement on the road to the Oscars. From celebrated auteurs and breakthrough discoveries to unforgettable performances and crowd-pleasing surprises, it’s three days of must-see cinema at the height of awards season — all in the intimate setting of the Sebastiani Theatre.

Following the Saturday afternoon screening, join us for a special Awards Buzz Reception, where festivalgoers can mingle, raise a glass, and celebrate the films and filmmakers shaping this year’s awards conversation — in true Sonoma style.
