PLATINUM PASS

• All film screenings and festival parties. Your Platinum Pass includes admission to all film screenings, subject to seat availability, and all festival parties, including the Opening Night Party at Sebastiani Winery.
• Includes one seat at our Culinary Event dinner. RSVP required.
• VIP SIFF Lounge access. Enjoy 6 days of access to the VIP SIFF Lounge at Maysonnave House.
• Includes admission to Pop-ins culinary events. Available exclusively to Gold and higher-level passholders.
• Includes admission to the Festival Industry Mixer. RSVP required.
• Priority admission. Enter through the Patron & Platinum line ahead of Gold, Silver, and Bronze Passholders and general ticketholders. Doors usually open at least 30 minutes before showtime, sometimes up to an hour before.
• Seat selection before Gold, Silver, and Bronze passholders. Your Platinum reservation window opens before Gold, Silver, and Bronze reservations and single ticket sales. Dates and instructions will be shared in advance.
• Flexibility to keep planning. Once your window opens, you can continue reserving available seats online up until showtime or get assistance at the venue box office.
• Platinum priority without a reservation. Our team will make every effort to find you a seat, subject to availability. Among passholders seeking seats without reservations, Patron Passholders receive first priority, followed by Platinum, then Gold, Silver, and Bronze. If advance reservations are full, join the standby line. Available standby seats are offered after reservation holders and purchased-ticket holders have been seated, and before standby tickets are sold to the general public.

• A pass you can share. Your Platinum Pass is transferable and may be shared with others, one person at a time.
• BONUS: Complimentary Mini-Fest Pass with an eligible early purchase. Purchase your Platinum Festival Pass by October 31 to receive one complimentary pass to the inaugural SIFF Awards Buzz Mini-Fest, November 6–8, 2026, at the Sebastiani Theatre.

• Your chosen seat, less time in line. Reserve ahead and arrive knowing your seat is waiting for you, provided you meet the seating deadline below.
• Reservations linked to your pass. Simply present your pass for admission; the usher can confirm your seat assignment when it is scanned. We recommend having your reservation open on your phone to help you find your seat. You can also print individual reservations or all your tickets from MY FESTIVAL TICKETS in your festival account on our website, using a computer or phone.
• Friendly help with festival planning. Our SIFF Box Office team can help you reserve seats and get ready for the festival—in person, by email, or over the phone. We’ll announce the box office location before reservation windows open.
• Reserve before picking up your pass. Once your pass is activated, you can reserve seats as soon as your priority window opens. Printed passes will be available at the Festival Box Office shortly before the festival. Pickup details will be announced in 2027.

The following rules and restrictions apply to this pass.

• Transferable and shareable. Your Platinum Pass may be shared and admits one person at a time. Seat reservations remain linked to the pass. When sharing it, provide the current user with the pass and the relevant seat reservation details.
• One person at a time. Sharing your pass does not allow multiple admissions or multiple seat reservations for the same screening.
• Bring your pass to every screening. Your Platinum Pass is your key to admission. Printed seat reservation tickets are valid only when presented with the Platinum Pass used to make those reservations.
• Follow your venue’s entry line. Doors usually open at least 30 minutes before showtime, sometimes up to an hour before. Attendees with reservations or purchased tickets enter through four lines in this order: Patron & Platinum, Gold, Bronze & Silver, then Single Ticketholders. Please join the Patron & Platinum line. Platinum Passholders without a seat reservation receive priority assistance after Patron and before Gold, Silver, and Bronze Passholders. We will make every effort to find you a seat, subject to availability. If advance reservations are full and you do not have a reservation, join the passholder standby line.
• Box office priority before showtime. During the 30 minutes before a screening, venue box office staff prioritize passholders and ticketholders attending that screening. Once the film begins, staff can assist with reservations for other screenings. All reservations are subject to availability.
• Cancel if your plans change. Please cancel 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Last-minute cancellations are accepted up to 15 minutes before showtime, giving another film lover the chance to use your seat.
• Be seated 10 minutes before showtime. Your reserved seat is held until that deadline. If you have not taken your seat, it is no longer guaranteed and may be released to standby passholders and ticketholders beginning 5 minutes before showtime. Once the screening begins, remaining empty seats, except specially marked Patron or House seats, may be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis at theater management’s discretion.
• Late seating is not guaranteed. Once a screening begins, admission is subject to availability and theater management’s discretion. If admitted, you will be directed to a seat that minimizes disruption to the audience, which may not be your originally reserved seat.
• All pass sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

• Tax-deductible portion of the Platinum Pass purchase price is tax-deductible as allowed by law, per pass.
