Bitter Christmas
November, 06 2026 | 5:00 PM | The Sebastiani Theatre
Pedro Almodóvar’s 24th feature stars Bárbara Lennie, Patrick Criado, and Leonardo Sbaraglia in a witty, melancholic puzzle about art stealing from life. A celebrated actress begins writing a screenplay inspired by friends and lovers, only to discover she may herself be a character in someone else’s story. Irreverent, stylish, and emotionally piercing, Almodóvar’s latest film expands on his classic themes of desire, memory, and artistic obsession into a playful new form. A Sony Pictures Classics release.
