“Discover Japan” with Chef Yoshinori Ishii, who has been awarded two Michelin stars for his innovative cuisine. Chef Ishii joins us for a special presentation of his philosophy of Japanese culinary art and culture. Includes screening of the short documentary "Tanagokoro," a portrait of the chef and his maverick culinary career.
