Made on a shoestring budget, this “art-house musical” stars Glen Hansard, lead singer of the Irish indie band The Frames. Glen plays a funny but tortured street musician in search of some personal direction. Czech star Marketa Irgova plays a musically talented immigrant who sells flowers and cleans houses to support her family.
